PRODUCT PRICES

PRODUCTION, DISPATCH, AND DELIVERY
Our products are made to order and manufactured after an order has been placed.
Following confirmation of the order and payment, products are usually manufactured and dispatched within approximately 2–7 business days. However, production may take longer depending on the product, production facility, order volume, public holidays, availability of materials, and other circumstances.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch are as follows:
United States: Usually 2–5 business days
Other countries and regions: Usually 10–30 business days
These delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier conditions, customs procedures, weather, seasonal demand, or other circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Our products are made to order and manufactured individually for each order.
Because production may begin automatically once an order is confirmed, we generally cannot accept customer-requested cancellations or changes to products, sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
Before confirming your order, please carefully check the product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been confirmed.
If applicable laws in your place of residence provide you with a right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, we will honor those rights in accordance with the applicable laws.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-preference reasons, including:
• The product differs from the customer’s expectations
• The customer ordered the wrong size or color
• The customer no longer wants or needs the product after placing the order
• Any other reason attributable to the customer
The statutory cooling-off system applicable to certain door-to-door and similar sales under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order or online sales.
However, this does not limit any right to cancel, withdraw, return a product, or receive a refund that may be available under mandatory laws applicable in the customer’s country or region of residence.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
When contacting us, please provide:

• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the entire product and the affected area
After reviewing the information provided, we will advise you of the appropriate resolution, which may include reproduction, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Please contact us before returning or disposing of the product.
The 14-day reporting period above does not limit any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to you under applicable law.
PRODUCT COLORS AND FINISHES
Actual product colors may appear different from those displayed on the Site due to the settings of the customer’s monitor or device, lighting conditions, and other factors.
Due to the nature of made-to-order production and printing processes, slight variations may occur in print placement, color, embroidery, stitching, and other product characteristics. Minor variations that do not affect the normal use or quality of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.
