These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the online store operated by ISLAND PAWS Co. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Store”) and to purchases made through this website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products.

  1. USE OF THE SITE

You must use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may purchase products only with the consent of your parent, guardian, or other legal representative.

  1. PRODUCTS

We sell apparel, accessories, merchandise, and other products. Many of our products are made to order and produced individually after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, sizes, materials, specifications, and other information as accurately as possible. However, the actual product may appear slightly different from the images displayed on the Site due to monitor or device settings, lighting conditions, production timing, and other factors.

Because of the production process, slight variations may occur in print placement, embroidery placement, color, size, and other characteristics. Variations that do not materially affect the quality or use of the product are considered normal product characteristics.

Product details, prices, specifications, and availability may be changed without notice.

  1. ORDERS

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

Before submitting your order, please carefully confirm that the product, color, size, quantity, name, shipping address, and contact information are correct.

Even if an order confirmation email has been sent, we may reject or cancel an order in any of the following circumstances:

• A product or required material becomes unavailable
• Production or delivery becomes impracticable
• There is an obvious error in the product price or product information
• Payment cannot be successfully completed
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse
• The shipping address is outside the area served by us or the applicable carrier
• We reasonably determine that the order cannot be fulfilled for another reason

If we cancel an order for reasons attributable to us and payment has already been received, we will generally issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed, the production process begins automatically. Therefore, we generally cannot accept customer-requested changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If applicable laws in your place of residence provide you with a right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, we will honor those rights in accordance with the applicable laws.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.

The taxes, shipping charges, and other costs included in or added to the displayed price may vary depending on the market and shipping destination. Please review the total amount displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

You may pay using the credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed on the Site.

Payments are processed in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment service providers. We do not directly store your complete credit card number.

The amount charged may differ from the amount displayed on the Site due to currency exchange rates or fees charged by your card issuer or payment service provider. Please contact your card issuer or payment service provider for information about these charges.

  1. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Products are manufactured after an order has been confirmed. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, production facility, carrier conditions, and other factors.

Production periods and estimated delivery dates displayed on the Site are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of arrival by a specific date.

Production or delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, logistics congestion, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If you would like to request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us through the contact form on our Site before returning any product.

Do not return a product without first receiving instructions and authorization from us. The address of the manufacturer or fulfillment provider, the shipping origin, and any address shown on the shipping label are not return addresses.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any statutory rights available to you under applicable law.
